  1. With one registration, at most two papers can be presented.
  2. The conference fee includes a registration kit, breakfast and lunches, dinner(s), conference dinner, and tea/ coffee during breaks.
  3. Spouse / Accompanying Person charges (INR 5,900/- per person) will be charged extra from the conference fee. (Children below 4 years will not be charged.)
  4. 18% GST is included.

  2. At the bottom of the page, click the Check Box and then click Proceed button for the payment.
  3. Enter: State of Corporate / Institution: Uttarakhand
  4. Enter: Type of Corporate / Institution: Educational Institutions
  5. Hit Go
  6. Enter: Educational Institutions Name: Dean SRIC CONF
  7. Press Submit
  8. Select Payment Category: IIT Roorkee Conference
  9. Fill the Conference Code: CONFR-50-CED
  10. Select Category: Individual (or Corporate if making payment as Sponsor/ Partner)
  11. Please enter your Name, Email ID.
  12. Please enter the payable amount.
  13. Please enter remarks, if any.
  14. Again enter NameDOBMobile Number, Email ID , and the text as shown in the image.
  15. Click Submit button to continue.
  16. Verify the details and Click Confirm button to continue.
  17. You will be directed to a payment gateway where you can choose from a range of options.
  18. After making the payment, you will get a confirmation page and an SMS on the mobile number provided above.
  19. Note down SBCollect Reference Number on the confirmation page and complete the registration form.

Registration fee refund policy

  1. GST once paid, cannot be refunded in any case.
  2. Kindly place the refund request at tipce@iitr.ac.in
  3. The refund will be initiated after the conference as follows:
    1. An least 30 days before the conference: 90% of the registration fee
    2. Between 15-30 days from the conference: 70% of the registration fee
    3. Between one week to 15 days from the conference: 50% of the registration fee
    4. any other case: no refund.
