The contributions will be invited in the form of power-point slides which can be presented within a time period of 10-20 minutes, as per presentation mode of technical session.

The conference will have presentations under two parts – Plenary Presentations and Session Presentations.
Plenary presentations are mainly invited presentations from higher level transportation professionals working in different fields. Sessions on the day will match the plenary presentations made in the morning slots.
Selected presentations for a session will be coordinated by a Session-Lead. All presentations will be requested a month before the conference dates and will be made available to the Session-Lead. Session-Lead will interact with the presenters before-hand and will organise the presentations. This will lead to better discussion after the presentations have been made.
Presentations in a session will be either of the two formats – Lecture or Rapid Fire. Lecture format will allow the presenter sufficient time to present detailed work, whereas, Rapid Fire will allow the audience to get an idea of the work in sufficient depth as required. The presentation time in Lecture format will be 20 minutes and 10 minutes in Rapid Fire. The number of slides in Rapid Fire may be restricted to 20. It is advisable not to have slides more than 30 in Lecture Format. In both formats, 30 minutes will be kept for discussion towards the end. It is expected that the Session-Lead will be able to prepare a brief summary of the discussion and carry forward which will be presented in the open House before the valedictory is done.
The conference will invite contributions from academia, transportation professionals working in consulting organizations, Ministry, PIUs and freelance transportation professionals in the form of extended abstract (details available under Presenter’s Info). After extended abstract has been accepted the ONLY presentation will be asked. If so needed, the presentation can be changed after arrival at the conference venue.
